Each of our units are built to your specifications. These packages are shown as an example for reference. Any equipment can be changed or deleted to suite your needs.

We consider a basic unit to be:

  • Simple body with no overhead shelving units typically a Series I, II or III.
  • Straight awnings.
  • Simple rectangular top sign with or without chasers but no back lighting.
  • No body graphics or a simple 1 or 2 color design.
  • Formica counters with no under counter doors. (Note: example shown has stainless counters but is still within the basic trailer package.)

The unit shown has basic grilled food equipment installed with extra ice chests.

All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer.
Be sure to check the codes concerning fire suppression systems in the areas you plan to use your trailer. Some states require a built in system with emergency exits in the the service window area.
Refrigeration is another very common element in a BBQ foods unit. There are many options available from under counter to upright.
A drink system can be installed in the basic units also, this particular unit is equipped with (4) stainless ice chest for drink service. This is typically the lower cost option, however; the profit margin is considerably different per volume.
