Each of our units are built to your specifications. These packages are shown as an example for reference. Any equipment can be changed or deleted to suite your needs.
We consider a Deluxe unit to be:
Series V and VI trailers with overhead shelves installed.
Custom shaped back-lit signage typically with a fold down section.
Double Fold awning with canvas accents.
Custom body graphics printed full color and clear coated.
The unit show is a retractable axle trailer. This option is useful when you need to lower your unit closer to the ground making the outside counter height lower and more accessible to customers.
All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer. This unit has the triple sink area underneath a fold down counter for more space equipped with a power spray nozzle.
Most Deluxe units will either have as many as two griddles installed or one large 4' griddle for maximum output. When the griddles are installed, they require a hood system with an upblast fan to be installed also. You will need to check local codes to see if your unit will need a built in fire supression system.
Most Deluxe units will have at least one fryer installed in them. These units can be used for regular, curly, ribbon or even steak fries. Fries also require hood systems installed overhead.
Deluxe units will have a pre or post mix drink system installed in them. Most will have a built-in cold plate in the ice chest and typically an ice maker on the roof with an insulated stainless steel chute to deliver the ice to the chest. Some will have as many as two fo these systemts.
Deluxe units normally have very nice graphics on them. We use a four color ribbon resin UV protected process to produce crisp, full color prints. To ensure minimum fading we also apply a clear coat over the graphics to help protect them. If desired we can also produce counter prints to help protect the counters in the service areas.
These units usually run approximately $162,000 and up.
