Each of our units are built to your specifications. These packages are shown as an example for reference. Any equipment can be changed or deleted to suite your needs. We consider a Deluxe unit to be:

| All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer. | |

| Of Course any fried food unit will need at least one fryer installed. The Deluxe units will typically have up to (5) fryers installed. A hood system is required when you have a fryer. You will need to check you local health codes to see if you will need a fire supressions system installed over the fryer(s). | |

Another option to consider is whether or not you will be serving fresh cut fries or frozen. Fresh cut will require extra work space. The frozen will require more freezer space. We have built units for each. |
| Deluxe units will also have at least one fountain drink with a Bag In Box system installed. For this option you must have an ice bin installed with a cold plate in the ice bin. This unit has an outside access area for the bag-in-box system to keep clutter from inside of the unit. It is also equipped with an ice maker on the roof. |  |

This unit, as do most Deluxe units, will have at least one "Bill Drop" or "Counter Cache'" installed. This allows you to have your cash in a convenient and safe place when you need it. |
