Each of our units are built to your specifications. These packages are shown as an example for reference. Any equipment can be changed or deleted to suite your needs. We consider a Deluxe unit to be:

| All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer. | |

This unit does funnel cakes and fried dough. If you plan to do fried dough, you will need the rolling machine and storage. |

Every funnel cake trailer will have funnel cake fryers installed. This unit was built custom for this trailer. As youcan see, the hood system has a fire suppression system installed per codes. You will need to check local codes to see if you need to have a fire supression system installed. Just a note, most all states require a fire supression system now. It is must less costly to install them when we are building the trailer. |
| Refrigeration is a must for funnel cake trailers. This unit has an industrial sized unit installed. |  |

Deluxe units will also have at least one fountain drink with a Bag In Box system installed. For this option you must have an ice bin installed with a cold plate in the ice bin. This unit has an outside access area for the bag-in-box system to keep clutter from inside of the unit. |
