Each of our units are built to your specifications. These packages are shown as an example for reference. Any equipment can be changed or deleted to suite your needs.
We consider a basic unit to be:
- Simple body with no overhead shelving units typically a Series I, II or III.
- Straight awnings.
- Simple rectangular top sign with or without chasers but no back lighting.
- No body graphics or a simple 1 or 2 color design.
- Formica counters with no under counter doors. (Note: example shown has stainless counters but is still within the basic trailer package.)

All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer. |
| Pizza units can have either single or double stacked convection ovens or conveyor ovens. Convection ovens can cook up to (8) pizzas at once, depending on the size of the pizza, with a typical bake time of 12 to 15 minutes. Double stacked conveyor ovens can cook two pizzas at once typically in 8 minutes. |

Most pizza units will have a prep-top refrigeration table installed. This unit has has been built into the actual stainless counter for a more streamlined look and work flow. Prep-top refrigeration units come in many sizes and all have refrigerated storage on the bottom and refrigerated compartments on top for cheese and other items. |
