Each of our units are built to your specifications. These packages are shown as an example for reference. Any equipment can be changed or deleted to suite your needs.
We consider a Deluxe unit to be:
Series V and VI trailers with overhead shelves installed.
Custom shaped back-lit signage typically with a fold down section.
Double Fold awning with canvas accents.
Custom body graphics printed full color and clear coated.
All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer.
One of the most important factors to consider in your Deluxe Pizza unit is if you will be serving fresh dough or frozen dough pizza. If you have decided on fresh dough, you will need extra space in your floor plan for a mixer and flour storage. If you decide to go with frozen dough, you will need extra freezer space. Either way you will also need a prep-top refrigeration system installed relatively close to your dough prep area for quick and efficient pizza making.
Another option to consider in pizza units is if you plan to use convection ovens or conveyor ovens to cook the pizza. There are pros and cons to each. Either can be stacked into a push out area. The conveyor ovens will cook one pizza faster, but the convection ovens can cook multiple pizzas at one time.
Of course, once you have the pizza made, you will need to keep it hot and display it to the customer. Thermal shelves can be installed along the end or side of the unit against the window.
Drink systems are varied and different depending on the distributors chosen. Pepsi and Coca-Cola are the main suppliers, however; each will have different connections that need to be made, so it is possible to buy your own drink head and install for either.
It is always important to consider the logistics of travel for these units and over complication of the top sign area can mean longer set-up and tear down times. Even if your unit is to be placed in a semi-permanent location, it will have to travel there at least once. Note: If you plan to purchase a unit for a semi or even permanent location, we advise you to check with your local zoning department for any special regulations regarding mobile units in a permanent location.
