Each of our units are built to your specifications. These packages are shown as an example for reference. Any equipment can be changed or deleted to suite your needs.

We consider a Deluxe unit to be:

  • Series V and VI trailers with overhead shelves installed.
  • Custom shaped back-lit signage typically with a fold down section.
  • Double Fold awning with canvas accents.
  • Custom body graphics printed full color and clear coated
All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer.
This unit has a California code sink system installed.
Most deluxe sweets units will have at least one cotton candy machine installed. This unit has three along the service end of the trailer.
Another fairly common piece of equipment in a deluxe sweets unit is the caramel and candy apple kettle. Built into its own stainless area for easy clean up.
Some units will have Formica™ Laminate counters installed instead of stainless. We will automatically build a stainless enclosure for any pieceof equipment that has heat source for safety and cleaning purposes.
In most cases, the deluxe sweets units will have at least one drink dispensing system. This unit also has an ice maker mounted onto the roof with a stainless insulated chute to direct new ice into the catch bin that houses the cold plate.
Another popular item in sweets trailers is the popcorn popper. Thus, some sweets units are called "poppers" by the people in the industry.
This unit has a slush machine installed for a variation in drink offerings to the customer.
Sno-Kones or Shaved Ice are also typical pieces of equipment in a deluxe sweets unit.
A custom stainless bin for sugar storage was added to this unit for ease of operation in supplying the cotton candy machines.
One thing that will definately distinguish the deluxe sweets units from the professional and basic unit is the added flash of neon and bright graphics. This can make a huge difference when competeing on the midway.
