All units will need a triple sink system with a separate hand sink. Some states require a stainless steel divider to be installed between the hand sink and the triple sinks. We encourage you to obtain the code specifications from your local health department before ordering your trailer. (This unit was made for a customer in Canada. Codes there do not require the triple sink system with hand sink.) |

Most all sweets trailers will have cotton candy machines installed. When this is the case, it is advisable to have a large supply of sugar stored close by. This unit had two separate stainless bins for sugar storage that slide out from under the counter. It is also common practice to bags of cotton candy hanging from "floss lines" along the ceiling. |

Another common piece of equipment found in a sweets unit is a caramel apple kettle. This unit has a stainless enclosure for the apple kettle and a hinged lid for more prep space when the kettle is not in use. |
| Shaved ice is another item normally found in sweets units. This unit has flavor bottles stored in a rack above the area where shaved ice will be prepared. |  |

If you intend to have flags along the top of the unit, it is a good idea to have a roof hatch installed for easy access to the roof when you are ready to install you flags. |
