Prohibited Items or services
Find out if your item or service is allowed by following the steps below. As an
Waymatic Online Classifieds user, you are ultimately responsible for making sure that buying or selling your
item(s) or service is legal in the eyes of the law.
Take these steps to find out if your item or service can be listed on The Waymatic Online Classifieds:
Look over the select list of items below.
TRAILERS:
We accept only pre-owned Waymatic
trailers. All other brands are prohibited
unless you have received express consent from Waymatic Inc. to list the piece
on the Classifieds section of Waymatic.com.
PUSH CARTS:
We accept only pre-owned Waymatic push carts. All
other brands are prohibited unless you have received express
consent from Waymatic Inc. to list the piece on the Classifieds section of
Waymatic.com.
COOKING & PREP EQUIPMENT:
We will allow you to place any type of
equipment you want on this site. Please be honest in your assessment of
the equipment's condition. E.G. "Excellent" would mean like
brand new.
SERVICES:
We will allow you to post your services, such
as availability for shows and type of service, provided the service is not
illegal. Waymatic Inc. is not responsible for
broken contracts between users.
WANT ADS:
You are permitted to post an ad
in the "Wanted" section of our site for FREE. This is limited
to letting sellers know of your availability and needs for equipment. You
will not be allowed to post an ad with the premise of informing buyers that
you want them to purchase your item or service. Ads of the latter nature
will be stricken from the list without notice to the user that posts the ad.
This list is updated from time to time and is incorporated by reference into the User Agreement. Notice of updates to this list will be posted
The Waymatic Online Classifieds website on the day of the change. These guidelines do not constitute legal advice and do not pertain to any particular company's practices. When in doubt, check with law enforcement agencies, a lawyer, the law or with a copyright, trademark or other rights owner for clarification.
The Waymatic Online Classifieds also has adopted certain policies regarding prohibited items, regardless of the legality of the item.
Why did The Waymatic Online Classifieds end my listing early?
If The Waymatic Online Classifieds ends your listing early because it violates one of our stated policies, you deserve to be properly informed. Therefore,
The Waymatic Online Classifieds will notify the seller via email when an listing has been
ended unless otherwise agreed upon in the user agreement.
