1. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this utility already installed on your machine, it is a free download from this site.

2. Once you have Acrobat Reader installed, click on the "Equipment" link and print the page on your printer. Keep in mind, if you will need a duplicate of any of the equipment, you will need to print (2) copies of the page.
3. Next you will need to print the blank trailer floor plan in the size you will need. Sometimes this can be a challenge as you may not know what size trailer you need. In most cases the equipment dictates the size of the trailer. You should print the size unit you believe you need and then try to place the equipment into that foor plan. If you need more space, just print the next size up.
4. Once you have printed the equipment page and the blank trailer floor plan, clip the pieces of equipment you need from the equipment page. If the piece of equipment you need is not shown on the equipment print, simply sketch the approximate size and label into the floor plan.

5. Once you have the piece of equipment clipped from the page, place it into the floor plan. It is a good idea to clip all of the equipment you need from the page and place it into the floor plan without pasting or taping it down until you are certain it is located in the area you want it.
6. Once you have the equipment placed where you want it, use tape or paste to attach it to the page.
7. Once you have a completed floor plan for your new unit, simply place it into your scanner and scan it. Be sure to use JPG, GRAYSCALE and no more than 100 dpi.

NOTE: Be sure to save it on your computer where you will be able to find it easily.

Once you have completed your scan and saving process, simply go back to the "Get A Quote" page and send the form with your new layout attached.
