| 1. Double fold
awnings are the awnings with signage on them. They are
back lit with fluorescent bulbs situated on the top side of the
awning as shown. As you can see they offer the advantage
of increased signage space over the straight awning. The
double fold awning is somewhat more expensive than the straight
awning, however; it is very important that customers know and
understand what you are selling from a distance. |

| 2. A removable wheel skirt is a
finishing touch to hide the wheels on your unit once the trailer
is in place. It is not necessary to have a removable skirt
on the unit, however; the Series IV and up trailers come
standard with this option.
The wheel skirts easily snap into place with a spring loaded
bolt.
When in transit, the wheel skirts are held on special ceiling
hooks mounted on the inside of the trailer. |

| 3. Neon can add a lot of flash to
your unit. We can install chasing neon, flashing neon or
stationary neon. Wherever we install the neon, we will
make a Plexiglas or Lexan guard for the tubes. Neon is a
very costly option and some customers have lots of luck with it
not breaking and others not so much, it depends on the terrain
and the mileage.
We have been installing an outdoor fiber optic system
in some units. Although it will never break and can change
colors, it is much more expensive than neon. |

| 4. Fold down, Stainless Steel
serving counters come standard with all units. The counter
is held in place by a stainless steel hinge and has a stainless
hook system to keep it steady when in transit. The system
is shown to the right. |

| 6. The corner jacks, or
stabilizer jacks, are jack foots that are built into the corner
of the trailer on a worm gear system. Using a crank handle
(provided with system) you can crank the jack foot to the
ground. This allows you to level your unit on uneven
ground while providing more stability. If you are deep
frying anything in the trailer or you have a removable hitch,
this system is a must-have. The unit can be completely
lifted from the ground with these jacks, making it much easier
to change a tire on the road. We recommend every unit have
these. |
 |
|
| 7. Corner signs are the signs
that bridge the gap between double fold awnings when they are
opened. Straight awnings will not have corner signs.
The corner signs are also back-lit as are the awning signs,
however; the corner signs are lit by an ordinary outdoor light
bulb. They are held in place by clips on either side of
the double fold signs as shown in the movie to the right.
When in transit, the corner signs are held in place by special
snap-in-place fasteners inside the trailer. |
